Returning an order

 

Please give notice of your return: tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you intend returning them. Email us at myorder@lejurra.co.uk. You have 30 days from the day we or Parcelforce issue your dispatch email or postal confirmation within which you may cancel your order or return items for an exchange of goods (other than for underwear, toiletries or cosmetics).  Our returns address: Lejurra, 251-253 Glossop Road, Sheffield, S10 2GZ.

 

In the interests of hygiene, health and product safety we are unable to offer a refund on toiletries, cosmetics and underwear unless you have not opened the outer carriage packaging of your order or where they exist, any manufacturers seals are not broken.

 

Lejurra does not accept the return of used product unless you can show it is defective and we agree it is defective (defective does not mean damaged). 

 

If you want us to collect your return, tell us the day you can be in to hand your parcel to our courier.  If you use this service, we may charge a small fee, advisable at the time.  Alternatively you can arrange to return your item using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.  (We strongly advise this to ensure you can produce evidence of posting in the event we do not receive your return.)

 

On receipt of your returned order, we will refund your money onto the debit or credit card you used to pay for your goods.  The charges for gift wrap and delivery services are non-refundable. See our legal terms and conditions for more information about our returns policy.
