Q. Can't add product to basket.

A. Probably because you are not selecting all the product's options using the drop down arrows provided under product photo.  When product's options are selected, the price & ADD button are automatically generated to enable you to ADD to your basket. 

 

Q. I've tried selecting all the options, but still I don't see the ADD button.

A. Please telephone 0114 272 3060 or email comment@lejurra.co.uk  If you can't get through leave a contact telephone number.  We will get back to you quickly (normally within 24 hours in normal working hours).

 

Q. How can I see past orders?

A. Login; Click 'My Account' below; then click the link to your previous orders.

 

Q. How can I change personal details?

A. Login; Click 'My Account' below; then click the link to your account details or email us the changes to myorder@lejurra.co.uk

 

Q. How can I logout?

A. Click 'My Account'; then click the link provided to logout.

 

Q. I am worried about paying securely on the internet.

A. You know you are on a secure payment page by the 's' at the end of http: on our payment page, you see https:// at the top of your computer screen in the website address.  Our site is hosted by Cybertill Ltd (you will see the Security Authentication for Cybertill when you come to pay).  We use Cybertill's Payment Partner, SECpay secure ePayments system.  Card details are encrypted using 128-bit encryption.  SecPay's secure payment contains the Thawte Certificate and the padlock sign.  Your card and address details are security checked and verified with the relevant card issuer and your payment is pre-authorised. We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Delta, American Express.  We are 3-D secure (please ask your card issuer to get you 3-D secure because it's like chip and pin for the internet), which means participatating cardholders must provide a personal password or pin number when paying for goods online with cards, just like providing a PIN in a shop.  Cards which may be used under the MasterCard SecureCode scheme are:  MasterCard Credit, Solo, Maestro (also known as Switch or Switch/Maestro) supported by the following Banks ONLY:  1. EuroConex; 2. Alliance & Leicester; 3. Lloyds TSB; 4. Bank of Scotland (BOS); 5. Streamline (NatWest); 6. HSBC.   Cards which participate in the Verified By Visa scheme are: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Commercial (European Issued Cards ONLY), Visa Electron.

 

Q. How can I place an order?

A. Internet: www.lejurra.co.uk, in store: at 251-253 Glossop Road, Sheffield (city centre, 10 minutes walk from Sheffield Cathedral); post: ask us to send you an order form & catalogue.  Your order will not be processed until payment for the correct amount is received & cleared in Lejurra's account; and telephone: 0114 272 3060 10.00 – 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. If on answerphone, please leave your name and number and we will get back to you. 

Q. Can I order online and collect from your store?

A. Yes, just select Customer Collection when given courier options during checkout.  You will not be charged for delivery.

Q.  Do you have a catalogue?

A.  We're planning to publish a catalogue later in 2008.

 

Q. I've used my catalogue order form - can you send me another order form?

A. Yes.  Call us & we'll email or post you spare order forms.

 

Q. Do you sell gift vouchers?

A. Yes, but not on the internet.  They are available to buy in store or by post.  You can redeem the vouchers online in part payment of your order, in store, by post or on the phone.

 

Q. Do you ship outside the UK?

A. Generally, no.  

 

Q. Who will deliver my order? What are postage prices and delivery times?

A. We use Parcelforce or Royal Mail to deliver.  Prices start at £2.75 for a 3 working day delivery on orders under £16 in value.  Orders over £16, it's £4.95 for a 3 working day delivery. Next working day costs £8.95 and is available on orders placed before 2pm.  We cannot guarantee our delivery dates and prices may vary.

 

Q. What do you do with my personal information?

A. Your privacy is paramount to Lejurra.  We do not pass your details to third parties other than to facilitate your use of lejurra.co.uk.  For example SECPay, our payment handler, use your personal information to enable you to pay.  We store any personal information you give to us in accordance with the law.

 

Q. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

A. Yes.  Please tell us you want to return it within 14 days after receipt and then physically return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt.  We can arrange for Parcelforce to collect your order, although we do charge for this service.  Do not open the product.  Do not use the product.   If you follow these simple guidelines, we will offer you an exchange or refund to the credit or debit card you used to purchase the items.  We will not authorise a refund or exchange until we are satisfied the product has been returned unused. Please note: We will not refund the cost of gift wrap services or delivery costs.  In the interests of hygiene, health and product safety we are unable to offer a refund on toiletries, cosmetics and underwear unless you have not opened the outer carriage packaging of your order or where they exist, any manufacturers seals are not broken.
